  Potatoes150g

Oil as needed

Salt as needed

  Dark soy sauceas needed

Sugar as needed

Steps for cooking potatoes

1. Peel the potatoes.

2. Cut into chunks.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add potato chunks.

4. Stir-fry until well mixed.

5. Add water and simmer.

6. Take a bowl, mix dark soy sauce,sugarand salt.

7. Pour the seasoning into the pot and continue cooking until the liquid is reduced and the potatoes are cooked through before serving.

Tips

Seasoning can be adjusted according to personal preference.
