1.chicken meatblanch in water

2. Soak and prepare mushrooms

3. Blanch and wash the chicken, then put it into a slow cooker

4. Add the prepared mushrooms, one piece of ginger, and the soaking liquid from the mushrooms

5. Slow-cook for about an hour, then add a little salt to season before serving

Tips

Do not discard the liquid from soaking mushrooms as it is the most flavorful part; always blanch the chicken first to remove any fishy smell.
