1. Cut the winter cabbage into small pieces for later use.
2. Cook the mince meat in a pot, then add a small amount of hot pot base soup and stir until melted.
3. Add onionsgingergarlic
4. Stir-fry with winter cabbage pieces evenly.
5. Add tofu, stir-fry briefly, then add enough water to just cover the tofu, season with salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.
6. Simmer on low heat until the soup is almost reduced.Before serving, sprinkle somegreen peppersor chopped onions for color and aroma.
Tofu can be cooked longer as an old saying goes,"a thousand boils of tofu, ten thousand boils of fish"; tofu and fish taste better the more they are stewed.:)
