1. Rinse the ribs and drain the water.
2. Put the fermented tofu and sugar in a bowl, add a small amount of water and mix to make fermented tofu juice.
3. Mix the cleaned ribs with the fermented tofu juice thoroughly, best done by hand.
4. After mixing the ribs with the fermented tofu, addsweet potato starchand mix by hand (add a little water in the middle).
5. Add two pieces of ginger, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and steam for 18 minutes when the water boils.

Tips
When mixing with sweet potato starch, add a little water to make it smooth and tender.
