1. Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly,Steam itintocooked rice;Cut the winter melon intoLarge peas;Crush the notoginseng and mother fritillary;Dissolve the alum in water.2. Peel 6 snow pears, cut a piece from the stem end to use as a cover, scoop out the core with a small knife, immerse them in the alum water to prevent browning, then blanch them in boiling water, cool them in cold water, and place them back into a bowl.
3. Mix the cooked rice, winter melon pieces, and an appropriate amount of sugar candy, then mix in the notoginseng and mother fritillary, divide them into six portions, and fill each pear with one portion, cover with
"cover",place them on a plate, steam in a steamer over high heat for about 50 minutes until the pears are tender. Then it is ready.
