方法步骤
1.胡萝卜洗净,切成菱形片;魔芋洗净,切成小方块。
2.锅中注水烧开,加入少许盐,倒入胡萝卜,略焯,捞出;放入魔芋,煮2分钟至食材断生,捞出,沥干水分,备用。
