牛蒡山药海带汤

牛蒡140克,水发海带120克,山药100克,枸杞少许盐、鸡粉各2克,胡椒粉少许,芝麻油适量。
方法步骤
1.将洗净去皮的牛蒡切片,洗好的海带切成小块,洗净去皮的山药切成片。
2.锅中注入适量清水烧开,倒入切好的牛蒡、山药、海带块同煮;加入少许盐、鸡粉调味。
3.撒上少许胡椒粉,再淋入适量芝麻油拌匀;倒入洗净的枸杞,用大火续煮一会儿,至汤汁入味;盛出装入汤碗中即成。
