山药红枣猪蹄汤的做法

猪蹄400克,山药200克,红枣20克,白醋、料酒各10毫升,盐2克,鸡粉2克,姜块20克。
方法步骤
1.山药洗净,去皮,切成块,放入水中,备用;红枣洗净。
2.猪蹄洗净,剁块,汆去血水,捞出备用。
3.取一个砂锅,倒入适量清水,煮至沸,放入红枣、猪蹄、姜块,淋入适量料酒,用小火炖30分钟。
