茭白炒肉怎么做

茭白2根、猪肉125克、红椒1个、花生油、精盐、蚝油、酱油、鸡精、米醋、葱姜蒜、香油、料酒各适量。
方法步骤
1.将茭白剥去老皮洗净切成片。
2.猪肉洗净切成片,红椒洗净去蒂籽切成块。
3.锅内倒入花生油烧热,葱姜蒜炝香,下入猪肉煸炒,调入料酒、蚝油、米醋,倒入茭白、红椒翻炒,再调入精盐、鸡精炒至成熟,调入香油,盛出。
