方法步骤

2.加入鸡蛋黄、燕麦片和牛奶混合,搅拌均匀成饼干粉料。
3.将饼干粉料搓成直径为4厘米的长棍形,切成每个15克的小面团,搓成圆形成饼干生坯。
4.把生坯整齐地摆放在烤盘上,放入烤箱,用170℃的炉温烘烤15分钟,取出即成。
