酸菜丸子汤的做法
食材准备
酸菜400克,豆腐渣100克,猪肉末50克,豆腐片、蛋清、蒜瓣各适量,香菜叶少许,盐、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉各适量。
方法步骤
1.将酸菜洗干净,切成细丝;在豆腐渣、猪肉末中加入盐、鸡精、料酒、蛋清、胡椒粉,拌匀,制成丸子。
2.一锅内加水烧开,入丸子汆烫至熟。
3.锅置火上,倒少量油烧热,下入蒜瓣炸香,下入酸菜翻炒,加水烧开,下入豆腐丸子、豆腐片一同煨熟入味,加盐调味,撒香菜叶即可。
