白菜粉丝丸子汤的做法
食材准备
猪肉100克,小白菜500克,细粉丝50克,鸡蛋清、料酒、葱末、姜末、高汤、黑胡椒粉、味精、食用油、盐各适量。
方法步骤
1.小白菜洗净切开,在热油锅中略炒盛出,猪肉剁成肉馅。
2.将肉馅加适量葱末、姜末、鸡蛋清、盐、味精搅匀,用手挤成小丸子,下入开水锅中氽熟取出。
3.汤锅置火上,下入高汤和盐、味精、料酒、黑胡椒粉,开锅后下入丸子、小白菜和细粉丝,汤开起锅即可。
