Celery, dried strips, pork, old soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, salt, and oil.

Method

1. Mince the garlic, cut the pork into strips, add appropriate amounts of old soy sauce, cooking oil, and cornstarch, and mix well and marinate for 10 minutes;

2. Separate the celery stems and leaves, cut the stems into segments, and chop the leaves, and boil water in a pot. Blanch and drain the dried strips;

3. Heat oil in a wok, add the pork strips and stir-fry until they change color, and then add the celery and dried strips and stir-fry;

Tips

Blanching the dried strips allows you to reduce the frying time later, preventing other ingredients from overcooking.
