Method steps
1. Boil chestnuts in water for 4 minutes, drain and set aside;
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chestnuts and stir-fry until the surface changes color, then drain and set aside;
3. Heat the remaining oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and ginger, then add the chicken pieces and stir-fry;
4. After the chicken pieces are slightly golden, add rice wine, soy sauce, a little salt and sugar, and chestnuts;
5. Then add boiling water,cook over high heatand reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for about 20 minutes;

Tips

Braised chicken recipe: Home-style braised chicken

Ingredients
Chickenone, green onions, ginger, garlic, 20 grams each, salt 15 grams,MSG10 grams, white sugar 20 grams, old soy sauce 10 grams, light soy sauce, oyster sauce 20 grams, star anise,Sichuan peppercorns,cinnamon, star anise, cloves, small10 grams, rice wine 30 grams.Method steps

2. Heat oil in a pan, add green onions, ginger and garlic, and then add oyster sauce, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, small;

Tips
