How to make steamed pork with preserved vegetables

Ingredients

Instructions
1. After soaking the preserved vegetables overnight, wash off the dirt. Chop scallions, ginger, and slice the ginger.
2. Wash the pork belly and add scallions, ginger, cinnamon stick, clove, and white wine into apotand place it on astoveover medium heat.
3. After simmering for 20 minutes, add old soy sauce to color it.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan, place the pork belly skin-side down, and slowly fry until the skin is golden brown and the fat is rendered. Remove.
5. Use the rendered fat to quickly stir-fry the preserved vegetables, add a little of the cooking liquid, add a little light soy sauce,soy saucesugar, and salt, and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Cut the cooked pork into slices and arrange the skin-side down in a bowl. Place the cooked preserved vegetables on top.

2. Remove the cooked pork belly and slice thinly, arranging it on a plate.
3. Drizzle with soy sauce on the plate, sprinkle with ginger slices, scallions, and scallion segments.
4. Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes.
