鸡蛋葱油拌面的家常做法
食材准备
面条150克、葱2根、鸡蛋1个,盐1/4小勺,食用油2大勺,生抽少许,香油1小勺。
方法步骤
1.锅内适量水煮沸,加入面条和少许盐,将面条煮熟。
2.锅内入食用油烧至七成热,放入葱花,小火熬出葱香味。
3.加入少许水与葱油混合。
4.调入盐、生抽,搅拌均匀。
5.接着小火将葱油酱汁熬至黏稠关火。
6.葱油酱汁倒入碗内,面条煮熟后过凉,拌入香油抖散。
7.鸡蛋入锅,煎至两面金黄放在面条上,淋上烧好的葱油,充分拌匀即可。
