豆豉排骨的简单做法
食材准备
猪小排骨500克,豆豉200克,葱,姜、蒜、干红辣椒各10克,酱油5克,白糖20克,味精1克,绍酒10克。
方法步骤
1.将排骨切成5厘米长、2厘米宽的段,放入沸水锅内,焯烫约2分钟至发白后,捞出洗净,沥干,放入盘内。
2.葱、姜、蒜、干红辣椒分别切成末,拌匀后放入排骨盘内,再加入豆豉,酱油、白糖、绍酒,味精拌匀,腌约20分钟。
3.将排骨盘上笼用旺火蒸40分钟,取出上桌即成。
