家常豆豉排骨的做法
食材准备
猪肋排500克,青椒1个,红椒1个,青蒜1棵。盐、味精、料酒、葱段、姜片、永川豆豉、花椒、姜末、蒜末、老抽、白芝麻、色拉油各适量。
方法步骤
1.青椒、红椒洗净,切丁备用。
2.排骨剁寸段,冷水入锅焯水,冲净,加盐、味精、料酒、葱段、姜片煮熟,捞出;青蒜洗净切丁。
4.锅加油烧热,放入永川豆豉、花椒爆香,加入姜末、蒜未煸炒,加入排骨翻炒入味,加老抽上色。
5.加入青椒丁、红椒丁、青蒜丁炒匀,撒白芝麻即可。
