Method 2

Materials: White radish, sugar,MSGa little soy sauce, old soy sauce, yellow wine, salt

Procedure: 1. Wash and peel the white radish, then cut it into strips, dry it, and use it.

2. Make a sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of yellow wine, 3/4 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of old soy sauce, mix well.Note: The container used cannot have water

3. Put the dried radish in the sauce, seal it in the refrigerator, and it can be eaten after one day.

Method 3

Materials: White radish

Seasoning: Soy sauce, sugar, salt, fragrant vinegar

Procedure: 1. Wash and peel the radish, then cut it into 3mm thick slices, not too thin.

2. Marinate with 2 teaspoons of salt for 30 minutes, then drain the salt water.

3. Marinate with 1 tablespoon of sugar for 30 minutes, then drain the water.

4. Prepare the pickling sauce.10 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fragrant vinegar, mix with 300ml of water, boil and cool to room temperature.

5. Pour the pickling sauce into a ceramic jar, then add the drained radish slices and seal it.It can be eaten after 2 days
