油焖冬笋的家常做法
食材准备
油菜叶100克,冬笋200克,植物油30毫升,精盐2克,白糖10克,姜丝3克,味精2克,酱油5毫升。
方法步骤
1.把油菜叶切成细丝,炸成菜松,冬笋切成3厘米长条。
2.炒锅上火倒油烧至6成热时放入冬笋炸成金黄色捞出。
3.炒锅上火放油,爆香姜丝,放入冬笋,加上酱油、白糖、味精、精盐,加清汤烧至无汁时装盘,周围撒上菜松即可。
