家常油焖冬笋的做法
食材准备
笋肉500克,酱油35克,白糖30克,味精1.5克,芝麻油10克,植物油1000克(约耗50克)。
方法步骤
1.先将笋肉切成2片,再用刀面拍松,然后再改成手指粗细的小条块。
3.锅里留油50克,将笋肉回锅,加酱油、白糖、味精和200克白汤。
4.先在旺火上烧开,然后加锅盖,移到小火上焖15分钟左右,焖至笋无草涩味,汤汁已全部稠干,只剩油质时,再用旺火颠翻几次,加芝麻油出锅装盘。
