家常山药炖排骨

排骨,山药,糯玉米,枸杞子,葱,盐、鸡精、胡椒粉。
方法步骤
1.将排骨斩块,玉米切小段,山药去皮、切块后用凉水浸泡。
2.将排骨焯水后放入汤煲中,加水至没过排骨,再故入玉米一起炖15分钟。
3.加入山药、盐、鸡粉,用小火炖20分钟。
4.最后加入枸杞子、小葱、胡椒粉就可以慢慢享用了。
