去皮红豆沙的做法

红豆300克,油60克,红糖100克。
方法步骤
1.红豆洗净,泡水30分钟至膨胀。
2.红豆放入高压锅中,加入适量的水。
3.水开后,中火压10分钟。
4.将煮好的红豆加适量的水放入搅拌机中,搅拌成糊状。
5.用筛子将糊状的豆沙泥过筛,去皮。
6.放入炒锅中,加入适量的红糖和植物油炒至浓稠即可。
小贴士
1.这里红糖可以用白糖或者冰糖代替。
2.在炒制的时候,一定要用小火不断地翻炒,小心煳锅,慢慢炒至浓稠即可。
3.赤豆泡水时间越长,高压锅压制起来就越容易。
