奶香红豆沙的做法

红小豆150克,水适量,细砂糖90克,蜂蜜15克,黄油30克。
方法步骤
1.将红小豆洗净放入碗中,加入足量的水,充分浸泡24小时。
2.将泡发好的红小豆放入电饭煲,加入适量水。选择煮饭模式,待电饭煲自动跳转后取出。
3.煮好的红小豆中加入约180克水,用手持料理棒打成糊状,放在滤网上过筛,得到细腻的红豆泥。
4.将红豆泥倒入炒锅,加入细砂糖,开小火不停翻炒至糖完全熔化后,加入蜂蜜和黄油,继续翻炒至红豆泥颜色变深,呈几近无法流动的固态时即可。
