How to make coriander chicken leg skewers:
1. Clean the chicken legs and use a knife to make several cuts to facilitate flavor penetration. Marinate with coriander paste and cooking wine for one night.
2. Place the marinated chicken leg skewers on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (use a rack if available).
3. Bake at 400F/200C for 20 minutes, remove and discard the water from the pan (skip this step if using a rack), flip and bake for another 15 minutes. Brush with honey and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until well-browned.How to make it delicious
