1. Blanch the tofu thread and wood ear mushrooms in water;
2. Fry the seasoned lamb stomach with in a pan until fragrant;
3. Remove the lamb stomach from heat, add water, salt, sugar,black pepper;
4. Add the tofu thread and wood ear mushrooms, cook for about 5 minutes before serving;
5. Place cucumber slices at the bottom of a plate, arrange the cooked ingredients on top, pour the broth over them, and add white vinegar and sesame oil as garnish.White vinegarand sesame oil will do.
