How to make braised dried red-headed fish
1. Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers.

2. Soak the dried red-headed fish in water for 3-4 hours until desired softness is achieved.

Cooking tips
The dried fish already has some saltiness; reduce salt accordingly when seasoning.
