   Ingredients and tools for blanched asparagus

Main ingredients: Asparagus (350 grams)
Seasonings:Olive oil( ) Green onion white part (one segment)SteamingShrimp soy sauce (a little)Red pepper( ) Salt (a little)
Cooking tools: Other, wok

   Steps for blanched asparagus:

"Steamed Asparagus"
 This is a small bunch of asparagus.
"Blanch and Salt Asparagus"
 Wash and use a peeler to remove the old skin from the base,

 then boil water with salt and a little oil added,

Tip:

The base of the asparagus should be peeled, and blanching time should not be too long.
