How to Make Sea Crab and Egg Dish

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Process;1. Cut the sea crab in half, remove the gills and stomach, clean it thoroughly. Tap the large claws with a knife. 2. Boil water, add ginger slices, rice wine, and place the sea crabs to cook until they turn color (do not boil the lid). Drain the cooking water. 3. Beat the eggs, removing any foam on top. Add salt, rice wine, ginger water, black pepper powder,Steam FishSoy Sauce, add an equal amount of the crab water to the egg mixture. Place the sea crabs in the egg liquid. Steam over medium heat for about 8 minutes. 4. Garnish with chopped scallions.

Tips

Tips;1. It's best to cover during steaming to prevent excessive steam, I didn't have an appropriate lid and ran out of cling film,

so no covering was used. 2. Do not use too high heat or it will create bubbles.

3. A deeper bowl would be better for cooking.

If you have a deeper bowl, that's better.
