烹制方法:1、将大虾背部切开,去掉沙线,加入盐腌制3分钟;2、将培根、干葱、香菇、红椒切末,加入盐、白糖、胡椒粉、百里香拌成馅,放入大虾中,将虾摆盘后蒸5分钟,出锅后浇热油,葱丝、香菜装饰即可。
