做法:玉脂豆腐炸过后钻出空心,木耳、红萝卜、虾仁、带子切成极细的幼丝,酿入玉脂豆腐的空心中,用韭黄扎好开口处,便成了布袋状的豆腐,入屉蒸熟,最后伴上冬菇和西兰花,淋上鲍汁即可,配刀、叉食用。
