Pumpkin and Pearl Millet Soup Recipe:
1. Soak pearl millet for more than 2 hours.

2. Prepare pumpkin, pearl millet, lily bulbs, and rock sugar.

3. Wash the pearl millet.Place in a pot.Add water and boil over high heat. When the pearl millet boils, reduce the heat and cook until it opens.Approximately 40 minutes.

4. Peel and dice the pumpkin, wash the pearl millet, lily bulbs, and wolfberries.

Turn off the heat.
