干煸茶树菇的做法三
食材准备
鲜茶树菇500克,干淀粉20克,鸡蛋1个,椒盐1汤匙,盐少许。
方法步骤
1.茶树菇去掉老根,洗净沥干水;在沸水锅中加入少许盐,将茶树菇倒入锅中汆烫变软,倒出沥干水。
2.将茶树菇放入盆中,加入鸡蛋。
3.再加入干淀粉,搅拌均匀。
4.大火将锅中油烧至七成热时转中火,倒入茶树菇。
5.炸至表面呈金黄色,捞出控油。
6.另起一炒锅烧热,加入1勺炸茶树菇的油,加入椒盐。
7.加入炸好的茶树菇,关火翻炒均匀即可。
