串串香辣虾的做法
食材准备
基围虾250克,竹签10根,干辣椒2克,红椒末4克,蒜末3克,葱花少许,盐3克,味精1克,辣椒粉2克,芝麻油3克,食用油适量。
方法步骤
1.基围虾洗净去掉头须和脚,取一根竹签,由虾尾部插入,把虾穿好。热锅注油,烧至五成热,倒入基围虾,炸约2分钟至熟透捞出。
2.锅留底油,倒入蒜末、红椒末爆香,倒入准备好的干辣椒。
3.加入葱花炒香,倒入炸好的基围虾。
4.加盐、味精、芝麻油、辣椒粉炒匀。
5.把炒好的香辣虾取出,装盘,再将锅中香料铺在上面即成。
