家常平菇炒肉的做法
食材准备
猪肉300克,平菇200克,盐、鸡精、生抽、料酒、淀粉、食用油、姜、葱、蒜各适量。
方法步骤
1.平菇洗净,切好;姜、蒜、葱均切碎。
2.猪肉切片加食用油、盐、生抽、料酒、淀粉搅拌均匀,腌20分钟。
3.猪肉先下锅炒至七八成熟,捞起备用。
4.锅内放入食用油爆香姜、蒜、葱碎,下平菇爆炒片刻后加入肉片一起翻炒,再加入盐、鸡精和生抽翻炒均匀即可。
