Steamed Pork with Rice NoodlesIngredients

Pork belly
300g,Sweet potato200g, 5ml vegetable oil,Rice noodles60g,Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste)5g, chopped,Tofu10ml milk, and a small piece of tofu sauce,Star anise1g,Ginger5g, scallions 5g.Pepper1g.Method1. Wash and prepare the pork belly, cutting it into 4cm wide, 0.3cm thick slices;
2. Peel and wash the sweet potato, cutting it into approximately 3cm cubes;
3. Place the pork slices in a bowl, add 5ml of vegetable oil, doubanjiang, tofu milk and a small piece of tofu sauce, star anise, ginger, scallions, and pepper, and finally add a small amount of water or soup and mix well, allowing it to sit for 15 minutes;
4. At the same time, put enough water in the steamer and then place the cut sweet potato at the bottom of the steamer and arrange the prepared pork slices on top of the sweet potato;
5. Steam over medium heat for about 1 hour until the pork and sweet potato are soft, then remove from the steamer and serve.
Steaming Pork - Braised PorkIngredientsPork belly, vegetable, oil, dried star anise,

Method
1. Heat up a pot of water, add ginger and pork belly, cook until 80% cooked, then remove;2. After removing, brush the pork with old soy sauce and let it dry;3. Heat up oil in a pot, pour in oil and fry the pork belly skin until it wrinkles and becomes slightly charred;4. Put the fried pork back into boiling water and cook until it is fully cooked, then cut it into slices;5. Heat up oil in a pot, stir-fry the sugar, then add soy sauce and mix; pour it into the pork and coat evenly;
6. Place the pork slices in a bowl, cover with vegetable, and sprinkle with ginger and dried star anise;
7. Put it in a pot and steam for about 1 hour.

Soup
Ingredients
Ground pork, salt,
soy sauce,
cornstarch, scallions, ginger,
chicken powder,and cooking wine.

Method
1. Mix ground pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and minced ginger, and marinate for 10 minutes;2. Heat up a pot of water, put the pork into a steaming bowl, and steam for about 15 minutes;3. After steaming, sprinkle with scallions and steam for 2 minutes.Steaming Pork - Spicy Pork with Rice NoodlesIngredients

MSG,white sugar, chili sauce.,Method1. Wash a large pot, heat it up until the water is just about to boil, then adjust the heat to medium, and pour in the rice;2. Stir-fry the rice until it turns a light yellow, then add star anise and dried red chili peppers and continue to stir-fry;3. After cooling the cooked rice, grind it with a food processor;4. Cut the pork belly into 5mm thick slices, put it in with star anise, and add cooking wine, sweet soy sauce, old soy sauce, MSG, white sugar, and chili sauce, and mix well;5. Add the ground rice to the pork belly and mix evenly;
6. Place the pork belly slices on a plate;
7. Steam in a steamer for 80 minutes.
Fry the rice until it turns a light yellow, then add star anise and dried red chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
Steaming Pork - Northeast Home-Style Steamed Pork
Ingredients
Pork belly, star anise, large pepper, ginger, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, salt.
Method
1. Wash the pork belly and put it in a pot with water to cook, then remove the foam;
2. Then add scallions, ginger, star anise, and large pepper, and cook over low heat;

3. When the pork is cooked, use a fork to poke and insert it into the pork, then remove it from the pot and let it cool;
4. Cut the pork into slices about 6mm thick, and place it in a bowl with soy sauce and a lot of minced garlic;
5. Steam for 20 minutes and serve.
Boil 5 pieces of pork in a pot with water until it comes to a boil, then remove any foam.
Then add scallion segments, ginger slices, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and cook over low heat.
Cook the pork until it can be pierced with a fork, then remove and cool.
Cut the pork into slices about 6mm thick, place in a bowl, and pour in soy sauce, then sprinkle generously with minced garlic.
Steam for 20 minutes before serving.
