火腿韭菜饼的做法
食材准备
春卷皮100克,洋火腿150克,韭菜150克,胡萝卜30克,猪肉150克。盐3克,味精5克,糖8克,食用油、香油、鸡精各适量。
方法步骤
1.把洋火腿切成2毫米厚的薄片,再改切成3厘米X3厘米的正方形。
2.韭菜、胡萝卜、猪肉切粒,加入盐、味精、糖、鸡精、食用油、香油拌匀成馅料。。
3.把火腿片放在春卷皮上,再放上馅料,包起。
4.卷成正方形的饼形,入笼蒸约8分钟,放入不粘锅中煎至金黄色即可。
