红豆派的做法
食材准备
材料:印度飞饼3张,红豆沙适量,鸡蛋1个。
工具:烤箱,烤盘,烘焙纸,硅胶刷,小刀,打蛋盆。
方法步骤
1.飞饼解冻后扯一下成方形,每个飞饼从中间切开分为两片长方形。
2.鸡蛋打散备用。
3.取一片飞饼,靠边缘处刷上1~2厘米蛋液,中间堆上适量红豆沙。
4.手捏长方形的短边,合向另一条短边,裹起红豆沙馅儿。
5.将边上下捏合,放入垫有烘焙纸的烤盘中,表面刷上全蛋液,朝上的派皮可以用小刀划几道露出豆沙。
6.烤箱预热至200℃,放入红豆派,以中层烤20分钟,完成。
