桑葚红豆派的做法
食材准备
A:低筋面粉80克,楱子粉20克,无盐黄油70克,蛋黄2个,白糖20克。
B:红豆沙100克,桑葚300克。
方法步骤
1.材料A混合后抓成松散的颗粒状,简单整形成团即可,进冰箱冷藏松弛2小时,取出松弛好的面团擀成薄片。
2.派皮铺进派盘。
3.去掉盘边的多余面片,沿烤盘的边缘整好形,底部可以用叉子插些小洞。
4.在面皮上铺上约1/2满的红豆沙,压上一个口径略小的盘子,烤箱预热200℃,放中层烤25分钟。
5.去除盘子,在烤好放凉的派上码上桑葚即可。
