How to make clam meat stir-fried with lily bulb and summer squash:

1. Cook clams in water, remove the meat, keep the clam broth for later use.

2. Heat oil in a wok, wash and cut the summer squash into pieces, fry briefly then drain and rinse with cold water to cool down, set aside.

3. Boil the clam broth with clams, add the summer squash and lily bulbs, stir-fry until the soup thickens, season with salt, thicken with a cornstarch slurry, drizzle with clear oil before serving.
