  Ingredients:

  Eggs4, 140g of cooked, peeled pumpkin, 90g of low-gluten flour, 45g of sugar,Corn oil60g,Milk25g, a pinch of salt,Lemonjuice.

 Instructions:

1. Separate the egg whites and yolks.Add corn oil and milk to the egg yolks;2. Mix the egg yolks, milk, and corn oil evenly;3. Add the cooked pumpkin and thoroughly mix;

4. Sift in the low-gluten flour;

5. Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice to the egg whites, and gradually add the sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form;6. Fold in some of the egg whites into the pumpkin and egg yolk mixture, mixing evenly;7. Mix all the egg whites and pumpkin egg yolk mixture, pour into the mold;

8. Bake in a preheated oven, 150 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes on the upper and lower heating elements of the Longdi Baiman CRTF32K.

Place in a preheated oven, using the upper and lower heating elements of a King Chef CRTF32K at 150 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
