Cooking Tips
1. You can add or omit the corn kernels. I just used some because I had them at home.Since the corn kernels have a sweet taste, they enhance the sweetness of the pancakes.2. I used a small amount of egg because my child had already eaten eggs in the morning, so I only used one egg.You can also reduce the amount of water and increase the amount of egg, which will make the pancakes crispier.3. The freshly made pancakes taste best when eaten hot.If they cool down, you can reheat them in a pancake pan.4. It's best to sift the corn flour to avoid cornkernels in theflour.5. The yeast water should be mixed in 80g of water. Using water around 35°C will activate the yeast.
