土豆炖鸡块的做法三
食材准备
土鸡1只(约1500克),土豆300克。葱白10克,姜3克,八角茴香、花椒各1克,红糖、酱油各1勺,盐适量。
方法步骤
1.将土鸡去毛、去内脏,用清水洗净,切成2厘米见方的大块。
2.将土豆洗净,去皮后切成2厘米见方的块备用。
3.锅内加入油烧热,放入花椒、八角茴香、姜片,爆香后放入鸡块,翻炒均匀。
4.加入土豆、盐、酱油、红糖,炒至鸡块颜色变成金黄色后放入葱白和适量水,先用大火煮开,再用小火炖1小时左右即可出锅。
