How to make steamed stuffed tofu boxes:

1. Chop the five-ply pork finely and place it in a small bowl, adding some ginger roughage, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a little cornstarch, mix with a spoon to form filling

2. Take out the soft tofu and cut it into 8 pieces; use an iron spoon to make indentations on each piece of tofu.

3. Dust the indentations with some cornstarch, then fill them with meat filling

4. Place the stuffed tofu pieces in a pot and steam for about 10 minutes over high heat. Remove after steaming, drain the water from the tofu, sprinkle some scallion threads on top of the tofu.
