1. Heat water in a pot until boiling, add oil, and cook the dried vermicelli until 80% done.

3. When 90% cooked, add carrots and green vegetables.4. Season with salt and black pepper powder before serving.Note: Dried vermicelli should be softened by soaking in hot water beforehand for easier processing.
